I’ve just been thinking about how Joe Biden doesn’t have a presence right now, and I understand it’s because of the pandemic. However, this is a perfect opportunity For him to pre-record messages to the American people about his thoughts on the variety of issues facing our nation. These could be similar to FDRs  fireside chats. Andrew Cuomo is filling the void that President Trump isn’t able to address in regard to the pandemic. Cuomo has excellent leadership skills, and I see no reason why Joe Biden can’t do the same thing at least once a week. Whether he chooses to speak about the pandemic, or national security, or a variety of issues, he needs to have presence. To not do this would be to follow the same mistakes that Hillary Clinton made. Trump is standing at the podium every day and has a presence, Biden should be doing the same thing.
